This
story is HOT, HOT, HOT!!! Marion has known forever that the things she desires
are not conventional. She made a mistake in college thinking that her boyfriend
shared those desires. Biggest mistake of her life. But, she also gained a
wonderful friendship out of that situation. She also has a job in a male
dominated field and is trying to prove her worth. She knows about Beau and Cass
before she ever meets them. Beau and Cass have a relationship that even they
have not put into words yet. Marion makes a decision that she hopes is not
another huge mistake. The relationship between Cass, Beau, and Marion is very
untraditional but seems to work for them. The chemistry between the three of
them is scorching. These characters learn a lot about themselves, as well as
several supporting characters. There is a little drama and little humor thrown
in there, plus a few HOT surprises!

I love a book about football. I love the game, the players, the coaches, just everything that has to do with the sport. Broken Play held most of those elements, though there wasn't much game playing on the field, there was a lot of it off the field. It was hot, steamy, and not limited to the bedroom!
Cass, Marian, and Beau made a great trio they were each other's strength and understanding when others saw fit to judge. Each character was uniquely their own person but, when you brought them together it was just right. The storyline took a turn I hadn't been expecting. It was written well and kept me engaged and extremely interested the entire time but, it did throw me a bit at first. With the perspective jumping between three main characters it could be difficult at times to know who's pov you were hearing the story from. However I loved that we got to hear from all of them and not just one character.
I am hoping to get more from the Rebels. There was a whole slew of supporting characters that I fell in love with and would love to get to read their stories as well.
