Translucent by Erin Noelle ~ FMR REVIEW

Sometimes you reach a point where you just can’t take any more — a breaking point, some call it.
The day I watched my husband murder the woman who was pregnant with his child, my point didn’t just break, it exploded like a full magazine’s worth of hollow points firing through the barrel of a fully-automatic AK-47.
Literally.
I am no longer his American Princess, nor am I his slave.
Now, I’m a murderer in hiding. My name was Bryleigh Carter Oliveira, and that was my story.
Translucent is one woman's story of breaking free, starting over, and learning to trust again through willful submission.

The cover of this book was so beautiful it quickly caught my eye.  Then I read the blurb and I knew I had to read this book.  I am so glad I did!  Translucent blew my mind.  The story was unlike one I've ever read, it was so engaging I didn't want to put it down.  When I was forced to (I had to go to work) I found myself thinking about it the entire time.  What was going to happen next?

Blake is such a complex character.  Her struggles are real and her way of dealing with them are dangerous.  Madden is a strong man even with his past he is jumping right in to take care of her which made me love him even more.  They are both extremely well written from their physical description to the way their minds works.  I feel like I know these characters and I share in their struggles and triumphs.

Surrounding these two are a slew of supporting characters that all play their part.  Some you adore and some you loathe.  But all of them build this book up and give it that extra little push to take it past a book you liked to a book you adore.

I cannot wait for the next book in this series.

I am giving this one 5 enormous stars!!!!

So this book had me hook line and sinker from page one! I couldn't put this book down.
This book is about a girl that has to endure things that no one should ever have to go through. She has fought for her freedom and came out a different person. Literally when she is forced to go into hiding after taking matters into her own hands. She had thought that her past was just that her past, she was safe. She meets the CEO of a company that has hired the company she works for and sparks fly right away. Fighting her feelings for him is something the has to do. Keeping her past hidden is also something that has to be done because if not she may never live to see another day.
This Book is mind blowing grip the edge of your seat thrill ride. . I cant wait for the 2nd book to come out to see what happens when the past catches up to her. If you love books that have you wondering what is real and what isn't than this is the book for you. A true love story with a lot of thriller added in. Don't miss this book.

5 Stars
