SYNOPSIS
To live is to suffer; to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering.
Friedrich Nietzsche.

Frankie...

The bitterness is consuming. It's intensity slashes and claws at my insides, it's hatred wrenching my soul as it curls and nurtures my need for revenge.
HIS torture only feeds my vice. I won't let HIM break me, only strengthen me. The pain HE gives is welcomed, it's rawness fuelling the loathing inside with each of HIS thrashes and tears on my pale skin, with every harsh truth HE breathes in my ear and with each of HIS crippling holds.

I have waited too long for this and I'll never let the bastard win.

He will have to end me before I give in.

But now HE has a weapon against me. Something I swore throughout my life I would never let in;

Love.

Tate.

Tate...

Her strength astounds me. HE doesn't seem to break her.

HIS relentless persecution and determination to bury her under his furious reign and brutality eats at my soul. It has found that dark place inside me, the pit of hell I had locked and secured away, and enriched it, demanded its flourish and ripened its ferocity. The family wrath.

She'll never give in, and I pray every night as I guide her through the darkness that tomorrow will bring the light to her soul before it is consumed, finally, by the plague of HIM.

Evil.

Jude.

Jude...

She blossoms under my torture, the soft suppleness of her skin ripping and tearing as though her soul is trying to break free from the agony.

I'll allow it, because I can. Because I need her soul. I crave the sustenance it feeds my rage with, my thirst for cruelty quenched by the sounds of her desolate screams and my hunger for blood, nourished by the slow drip of her life force at my feet.

She thinks I won't break her, so does he. They underestimate the blood that slithers through my veins. It's the blood that tenures those around me.

The bloodthirsty.

The Shadows of Sin.

Synopsis:

Nate Peters is living the playboy life. He has great friends, a great job, no responsibilities, no girlfriend, and he loves it. Nate, being incredibly skilled with a pick-up line, has never failed to get a girl in his life… until one day he meets Rosie York. Rosie is completely uninterested in him. Being unable to stand a dented ego, Nate makes it his mission to win her over. Not used to putting in much effort, Nate is surprisingly enjoying the chase of this off-limits little brunette. Maybe he has finally met his match… But Rosie has a few surprises of her own which will make it remarkably more difficult for him to get close to her.

*Please note that this is a companion novel to Nothing Left to Lose*

Nate is a player, smart mouth all round funny to the point kind of guy, his form of physical active is SEX and a lot of it.  He is good looking, easy going and has a book of one liners of pick up lines. He uses his lines on girls to have a quickie when the time arises for him.

Rosie is strong minded, sweet and is hiding a painful past, she is determined not to sleep with Nate even with the 100 pick up lines he uses.

Enjoying the Chase was an amazing story, I love reading Kirsty's books as she puts so much detail into them you feel like you are part of the story.

Nate meets Rosie for the first time and he wants in her panties, he has never been rejected and finds it enjoyable chasing her . Well come on this is Cocky, Over confident and NOONE says no to Nate Peters, haha well not until Rosie and she keeps turning him down. you get to really meet Nate at the beginning and he tries to change for Rosie and goes without Sex for weeks. Then all of a sudden he finds outs some information and he reverts to his old habits and regrets what he did the next morning. I had a hard time with this scene as it was a WTF moment and HELL NO don't go there, its not worth it. Ok so its done and the next day its kind of all sorted!! (moving on).

Without giving the storyline away it a beautiful journey with some ups and downs, funny and sad and plenty of one liners. I just loved the banter between Nate and Rose.

I would highly recommend Enjoying the Chase, it's gorgeous, funny, amazing characters to read about and enjoyable. Nate is SEX on A STICK!!

About the Author:

My name is Kirsty. I was born in Hertfordshire, England. In 2000 I moved to Norfolk, it was there that I met my husband, Lee. Now, what can I say about Lee, apart from everyone should have one? He's my biggest supporter, and I wouldn't be where I am today without his encouragement and endless support. He is my inspiration behind most of my male leads, I always try to bring a little of him in somewhere, be it his kindness, selflessness, or just his ability to make me feel treasured.

In 2005, I was gifted with the birth of my son. He is, and always will be, the best thing I have ever done in my life. As you can probably tell, I'm a very proud mummy.

I have always been interested in writing, but after the birth of my son I accidentally came across an amateur writing site. After a couple of months of just reading on there, I finally plucked up the courage and posted one of my stories. I was shocked and overwhelmed by the support of readers on there and they gave me the confidence to get where I am today.

In April 2012, I self-published my first novel ‘The Boy Who Sneaks in my Bedroom Window’. And in October 2012 I took the plunge again, publishing my second novel, 'Always You.'

Lastly, if I had to sum myself up in one word, it would probably be ‘daydreamer’ – but unlike most of my school teachers, I don’t necessarily view that as a bad thing. After all, I read somewhere once that books are like waking dreams….

Reviewed by Michellc

I am a HUGE fan of the Book Boyfriend Series by Erin Noelle.  From the second I heard about When The Sun Goes Down I knew I had to get my hands on this book.  I didn’t waste any time reading the blurb, I didn’t need to read reviews or research this one at all.  I didn’t have to. I was starved for more Erin Noelle and I was ecstatic to read something, anything, from her again.  To say I had high hopes for this book would be putting it lightly and I was in no way disappointed.  So completely different from the Book Boyfriend series yet so much the same in the shock factor, the enticing story, and the remarkable writing, this story is addicting, enthralling, and sinfully steamy.

As for When The Sun Goes Down being different, it’s not just different from Erin Noelle’s previous books, it is different from anything else period.  This story was new and innovative and unlike any story I have read before.  The storyline was suspenseful, engrossing, and utterly compelling.  There was never a dull moment, there was no convenient place to put this one down and even when you could, or should I say had, to step away, you can’t get it out of your head.

The dichotomy between Kat and Trina, the two female perspectives in the story, was striking and fascinating.  Kat is the epitome of a strong, confident, take charge woman who knows what she wants and exactly how to get it.  Trina is sweet and demure with doubts and insecurities that denies herself the things she desires and finds herself unworthy of fulfillment.  One side is searing, hateful, vengeance while the other is innocent, reserved, and playful.  When these two personalities come together they are finally able to find balance, acceptance, and joy with the help of Lucca who himself is the perfect combination of naughty and nice.

Each book that Erin Noelle produces makes me fall even harder than the last.  I didn’t think I would ever be able to say that I loved one of her books more than Euphoria but When The Sun Goes Down has changed my mind.  It has become my new favorite of hers and one of my favorites of the year.  Erin Noelle has steadily become a go to author for me, one that I will stop anything and everything that I am doing to read whatever she releases the second it becomes available.  I am eager to see what this talented author has in store for us next.  Whatever it is, it is sure to be captivating, thrilling, and unique.

Excerpt:

When the Sun Goes Down
~ Kat ~
Loud cheers from the pool match draw my attention back to that side of the room. Apparently it’s over, because all I can see is money being exchanged all over the place. Moments later, two guys emerge from the mob, talking and laughing as they walk towards the bar. They actually look pretty similar; both have short brown hair, are well-built, and are dressed in fitted t-shirts and jeans with visible tattoos covering their arms. They both look me up and down as they step up to order their drinks and give me a smirk. They carry themselves as if they are something pretty special, at least they think so. The fire inside of me is lit. The game is on.
An hour later, I send Leo a text that I’m ready to be picked up. The game ended up being child’s play; the boys unable to think with more than their cock. After they invited me over to their table to “teach” me how to shoot pool, I let them think I had no idea what I was doing, so that they could lean me over and press their bodies against mine while I held their “sticks.” It really took everything inside of me not to roll my eyes on numerous occasions, but the death stares that I was getting from all of the females in the bar made it worth playing along. A few minutes later, I exit the bar with not one, but both of the guys. I usher them into the backseat of the SUV and then crawl over one to sit in between them.
Leo gets behind the wheel and asks, “Where to this evening, Miss?”
“To the Hyatt at Union Square, and make it quick,” I snap at him. He simply nods and pulls away from the curb.
The guys on either side of me - which I honestly can’t even remember their names at the moment except that they both start with a J - are breathing heavily and I can see their erections bulging in their pants. Neither of them has said a word nor even attempted to touch me since we’ve walked out of The Edge; just with the appearance that I have money and authority, I’ve taken control of the situation. They sit silently, waiting for my instructions.
As we make our way to the hotel, I put one of my hands in each of their laps, unzipping their jeans and reaching inside to free their cocks. Both of them let out a series of moans and hisses as I grab their shafts and begin to slowly move my hands up and down. They refuse to look at each other’s cock even though they are less than eighteen inches from one another, which gives me a great idea for the night. The guy on the right, who I decide to call J1, finally gets the nerve up to place his hand high up on my thigh just before we reach our destination.
I release them as we pull up in the valet drive. “Make yourselves presentable until we get in the room,” I instruct. They quickly tuck themselves back in their pants and zip up. I grab my fun bag from under the seat as we exit the car. I lead them through the lobby without stopping at the front desk, straight into the elevator and to the suite that I keep a key to. What can I say? Money is powerful.

Ushering the guys into the room, I waste no time to get to business. “Strip and get on the bed,” I order them as I place the bag and my purse on the table and slip off my shoes.

One of the J’s decides he’s going to test my authority. “Why do you get to make all the rules?”

Without turning around, I pull my sweater over my head and unzip my skirt, allowing it to pool at my feet. I bend over to slightly to step out of my skirt and give them a nice view of my exposed, bald pussy before standing back upright. My back still turned to them, I say calmly, “If you want a piece of this sweet ass, you will strip, get on the bed, and not question me again. If you aren’t interested, you can leave now; my driver is waiting outside the door and can take you back to the bar. The choice is yours.” I hear the swishing of fabric followed by the slight creaking of the mattress. Game over… I win again.
