Secrets Don’t Keep Synopsis:
My name is Kera Collins, and I would do anything for a golden nod.
At first glance, my life appears perfect: the best friends, the best school, the attention of Dex Albright, the deliciously irresistible grandson to the Headmaster. All I need is the prestige behind La Boheme, an elite secret society formed within the walls of my school, and my life would be complete. Once I’m in, I’ll be the one with all of the secrets.
It’s just…no one told me these secrets could kill.

I wasn't sure what to expect from this book. I love YA novels but would recommend this as more NA due to some of the scenes. THIS BOOK WAS HIGHLY ADDICTIVE!! I could not turn the pages fast enough, and it is a LOOOOOOONNNNNNGGGG STORY, but do not let that stop you from reading!
If you like novels that contain mysteries, twists, exclusive/elite schools, HOT GUYS, sexy little rich chicks, all wrapped up into one brilliant read with a bucketful of suspense, then without a doubt THIS BOOK IS FOR YOU!
From the first page, I was sucked into Kera's POV, gathering my Intel on 'who is who' and 'what is what'. I really loved her as the main character! She is funny, relatable and was a pleasure to read! I enjoyed the chemistry and friendships between all of the characters and I want one of those Golden Envelopes, I think I would be a total badass addition to the La Boheme, so I'm keeping an eye on my mail! And Dex.......I'd totally want to kiss his face off, I adored him!
This is my first read by Elora Ramirez and it sure as hell will not be my last. I love the way she created this fictional world that I want to be a part of. She writes with great depth, detail and fantastic character progression. The story held my attention from start to finish, which I must say is unusual for a book of this length. I usually want to get down to the gritty, but this book captured me throughout.
I don't want to spoil anything! And that is purely because you need to read it. This book is one giant roller coaster of emotion, heat, excellent characters, huge secrets and VIP's, I can assure you, YOU NEED TO READ IT FOR YOURSELF! Some of those plot twists will make you brain hurt purely because they are soooooooooooo good, but all questions you may have are actually answered, thank goodness!!!
This is a great novel by a very talented author!
4 Stars
Elora Ramirez Bio:
It started when she was four, when she taught herself how to read and write as a way to entertain herself while her grandmother kicked and danced in aerobics class. She cut her teeth on books from Dr. Seuss and writing anywhere she could find the space -- including her Fischer Price kitchenette, the pages of picture books, and Highlights Magazines.
She's matured a bit since then, now choosing to write in the margins of her books and on the mirrors of her apartment ideas and thoughts surrounding story and what makes us human. You can read more on her blog, eloranicole.com
