Synopsis:
Every student at Shame U has their secrets, and Henley Brooks is no exception. Struggling to pay for college and maintain her perfect reputation has become overwhelming. When her friend Gigi Oxford offers her a night of carefree fun, she can’t pass up the opportunity to unwind.
After a night of drinking turns to chaos, Henley finds herself alone with Lucas Young, a student from London who has come to America to unravel a few secrets of his own, as well as break a few hearts.
Covered in tattoos and drowning in liquor, Lucas was everything Henley should avoid but couldn’t resist. She soon begins to fall for him like the many women before her. But after stumbling across something he didn’t want her to see, she learns that Lucas may not be who she thinks he is.
Henley and Gigi devise a plan to teach Lucas a lesson, but it isn’t long before Henley learns that no one at Shamus Thornton College can be trusted.
When everything begins to feel like it is falling apart, there is only one person Henley wants to pick up the pieces, even if he is the person who caused her to crumble.

Review by: Atalia
Love me some Teresa Mummert!
One of the very first books of hers that I read, other than the Honor Series, was Breaking Sin. I was so engrossed in the story and characters that I remember finishing it in a day. I kept hoping to get a book 2 someday and that day has come.. sort of. For those who read Breaking Sin, you will find a few similarities in Shameless, as the original story has been reworked and polished to bring you a story just addicting as the first.
Although going in I knew the story had changed, I couldn't help but still be excited to see "old friends" again. Henley and Lucas, though there names have changed from the previous book, the characters themselves still felt so familiar to me. Their chemistry was on fire, I just couldn't look away. And their individual storylines kept me intrigued the whole way through. And can we just talk about Lucas for a second. Accent, tattoos, and hot?!?!!.. lord have mercy! YES PLEASE!!!!! Love him! I want!!
Shameless left me just as satisfied and wanting more like last time. The wait was so definitely worth it!!! And I'm so happy that there's more coming!! Ahh I seriously can't wait <3
The book can totally be enjoyed without having read Breaking Sin previously. Give it a try if your looking for a brand new series to get sucked into for hours! Or if you just love guys with accents ;-)
