I probably should have acted grateful and kept my mouth shut when I overheard the advice he was spewing to his clients. But I couldn’t help giving him a piece of my mind. I never expected my body to react every time we argued. Especially when that was all we seemed to be able to do.

The two of us were complete opposites. Drew was a bitter, angry, gorgeous-as-all-hell, destroyer of relationships. And my job was to help people save their marriages. The only thing the two of us had in common was the space we were sharing. And an attraction that was getting harder to deny by the day.

Everything this author writes is like GOLD! The story is funny, sweet, and deliciously hot!!! They say first impression are everything and boy, did Emerie leave a last impression on Drew. From the way the story stared out, I was hooked! It started of as such a fun read! As we got deeper into the story, deeper into the characters lives I just grew more attached! 

The characters were great! Emerie seemed like a more quite and reserved kinda girl but she surprised me. She had a lot of spark to her. Beck was simply adorable! I wanted to hit Alexa over the head with her over priced shoes and last but not least, Drew. He definitely fit into the egomaniac roll. He might have been cocky but he was actually really sweet and of course very alpha male!

The story line was perfection! There were moments I was laughing out loud, moments I had to stop and fan myself, and moments I just wanted to start screaming at the characters. The story evoked a lot of emotions especially a strong hatred towards Alexa. But overall, it was really great! Vi Keeland writes another amazing story! She never disappoints!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVED IT!! 

Shamefully the last non-cowritten books I read by Vi Keeland were the Cole Series when they released ... I know what the heck was I thinking right?! What took me so long to get back on the Vi-Train & read some of her solo books?!!!! Don't worry I slapped myself for you. *lowers head in shame*

Reading Egomaniac reminded me of why I enjoyed Vi's writing in the first place. Her writing has that addicting quality to it where you feel like you're watching a movie that you just can't take your eyes off of. And the characters? Oh man .. DREW JAGGER.. just take a moment and breathe that name in. If you're like me, you just started fanning yourself automatically because a guy with a name like that? You know the book is gonna be a damn scorcher for sure lol the man does not disappoint! Yep, another name added to my ever growing list of book boyfriends. 

Emerie is pretty awesome too! You'll love her the moment you meet her. She's so full of spice, which adds to the tension between them. In return we get some flirtatious banter that made me crave for their next interaction!! I loved it so hard!!!!

Egomaniac is a definite must read for every romance reader. Especially those who enjoy some humor with their sweet, you will love Drew & Emerie's story like I did!
