I love when the bad boy gets the girl! This story was amazing. I love
this series, but I fell harder with this book. The relationships between all of
these characters are truly beautiful. They are so close and protective of one
another.
Lily is a wallflower. She has her brother but no other family. She has
very few friends. When the girls take her into the fold, her life is suddenly
overflowing with people who care about her and want to help and protect her.
Tanner is your typical bad boy. He doesn’t do relationships and is quite vocal
with all the guys, making fun of them for being whipped. He swears that will
never happen to him. Tanner has a huge heart underneath the tough exterior. He
takes great value and pride in his relationships with his brothers, sister, and
their spouses. He is always willing to help when needed. He doesn’t realize
what a great guy he is and what he has to offer. But all that changes with
Lily. He suddenly wants and needs to be what she needs.
The author has a brilliant
way of writing a story that will hook you in the first few paragraphs. She puts
so much love and detail into her characters. By the time the book was over, I
had done my fair share of crying. I absolutely recommend this book to everyone.
Although it is a standalone, I strongly suggest reading the first 3 just
because they are so amazing!

I went into Torn By Love not having read the previous books and i think I did myself a disservice.
I was captivated by Lily from the prologue. With everything she went through she was so strong and tried so hard not to let that bring her down.
Tanner is my new book boyfriend. I loved how he was will Lily. A fierce protector with a huge heart.
The friendship and the romantic chemistry between Tanner and Lily had me swooning! The sexy times burned off the pages!
Their journey was not easy but was so perfectly written. What I appreciated was that even though I hadn't read previous books, the story line and those of the secondary characters were easy to follow.
This was a book I read in one sitting and will be going back a reading this series from the beginning.
