I have said it many times before and I will say it again, there is nothing Bella Jewel can’t write.
She has once again written a story that will hold you captive from start to finish. It is very different from all of her other books but no less
brilliant.
This one will have you weeping in empathy with Quinn. She has been dealt a crappy hand but it’s not because she had a terrible childhood, she didn’t.
It all revolves around her life as an adult and what she is having to deal with.
Tazen Watts has it all. He is rich, he is famous and gorgeous but it’s not enough. He wants something Quinn has.
These two have moments that are hilariously funny. They rile each other up & the antics each of them use will have you in fits of laughter.
Bella Jewel has you emotional on one page & laughing on the next, this is not an easy thing to achieve but she does it flawlessly in this story.
If you have never read a Bella Jewel book you will be extremely impressed with this book as a starting point & if, like me you have read
all of Bella Jewels books, you are going to absolutely love adding this one to your collection. It is emotional, sexy, has the right amount of angst,
it is funny and entertaining but most of all its just a damn good read!!
I recommend this book to anyone and everyone, it’s worth getting your one click finger out for!!

I love Quinn! She is a fierce woman who doesn’t take any sh*t!! I loved the way she “handled” Tazen! She had me laughing my a** off. Tazen is not out to get Quinn, she just happens to be in his way. He really takes some verbal lashings from her. The two have a chemistry that is hard to ignore, but a rocky start that leads to animosity between them. It kind of felt like hate fueled foreplay. It was awesome! So much tension and angst. The author did an amazing job with all the detail in this story. When I read the blurb, I wasn’t all that hyped up about the book. But I am a huge fan of Bella Jewel’s so I had to read it anyway. So glad that I did. I am loving this series, even though all the characters are independent of each other and don’t show up in each other’s books. I can’t wait to see who the next scrappy, take life by the sack woman will be.

This read is fun, it is fast, and it is highly addictive! The cover is GORGEOUS and the blurb for this book had me so excited purely for the fact that I love 'haters to lovers' romances! Although throughout, the book is very predictable, but for me, it didn't make me love the book any less!
Quinn has grown up with her head under the hood of a car! She knows an engine better than half of the guys she works with and it freaking brilliantly at at it too! She loves where she works, it has been a garage in her family since she was a little girl, and the garage is one of the last connections she has to her late Mother. This girl is putting a huge brave face on daily. What is going on behind closed doors is something so devastating and her struggle can be felt with each page.
Tazen Watts, the celebrity, custom car designer could have any girl or anything he wants! He sets his sight on a small town garage and will stop at nothing to get it. But what he doesn't expect to find is the sassy, sexy, girl with the love of cars as passionate as himself! Tazen's character is arrogant, and at times I wanted to kick him in the balls and just shout "WILL YOU JUST SHUT UP!!!!!!!"
These two characters have serious chemistry. From their first meet, there are fireworks, there is banter, and there is a connection between two souls who NEED to be together. I really liked both of the characters and what they both brought to the the story.
As the story goes on, you will understand that there is a lot more to Tazen than just this arrogant asshat vibe he gives off. He is actually a really sweet guy, and I found his such a pleasure to read. Quinn is also tough as all hell! And I loved that about her.
This read is fast and can be read in one sitting as a standalone. I look forward to reading more from Bella Jewel, and Quinn and Tazen's story was a great quick read.
