MJ Fields OWNS writing Alpha male
characters! This is book 1 in the "Ties Of Steel" series and I really
enjoyed the Journey of Nikki and Abe.
Their chance encounter on separate
vacations is what originally brought these characters together, an INTENSE
attraction and SMOKIN HOT bedroom chemistry......BRING IT ON BABY!!! Abe is
PISSED that Nikki did to him what no other woman had, and that was leaving him
alone after their wicked night of EXTRACURRICULAR HOT AS HELL activities!
This is soon followed by coincidence or
fate, whatever your beliefs, reuniting them once more. But Abe sure as hell
makes Nikki bust her ass to get what she wants!
I got extremely frustrated with Nikki a
lot throughout this book. Her continuous running from what would be a good
thing if she just let it happen, but NOPE!
Let's talk about Abe O'Donnell, the CFO

This beautiful man also had heart so for me.....PANTY MELTING!

loud at the caveman traits! MJ Fields OWNS writing Alpha male characters! This
is book 1 in the "Ties Of Steel" series and I really enjoyed the

I LIKED this book ...Abe and Nikki are well thought out characters that I quickly began to care about and connected with ..that's ALWAYS a plus....drew me RIGHT in!
I loved the dialog between all the characters ..it's realistic and flows VERY well... and parts of it are quite funny and witty...
What I wasn't too fond of...
Caution a bit spoilery below .....
Umm the book kind just abruptly ends ..wasn't expecting that ..AT ALL....With the book being titled Abe then the next one Dominic I was sure we'd be getting a complete story with maybe some overlap of them in the next book ...that's not what happened ...I would recommend it though ..just with a caution that it kind of just leaves ya hanging ...
And not at the end ....And in the middle of a scene no less ..
I grew to care about these
characters so much ..I wasn't ready for it to be over ..and am looking forward to the next one..all in all though ..A GOOD BOOK!

SWEET MOTHER OF CHRIST!
I'm still over here
panting like a dog for the Italian Stallion that is Dominic Segretti, but we'll
get back to him later.
We met Laney in book 1
of the series, and I have to say reading her story made my heart hurt so much.
Starting out on her own after so much heartbreak and betrayal made me fall in
love with her strength and fight. I want to be her when I grow up! I understood
her fears, I understood her lack of trust in people and I just understood HER
as a character! When she gained more confidence and sassed the man who craved
her, I wanted to high five the chick! SERIOUS!
Dominic Segretti is
experiencing difficulties with his family company in Italy, so turns to his
cousins at Steel Inc in New Jersey for support. Insta-attraction in a casino
between him and a "ladybug" leads to one night of HOLY HOT DAMN! His
alpha persona is hilariously intense and perusing Laney is top of his list! I
loved his inner monologue and his charm, dirty mouth and PIERCING.... Totally
what dreams are made of!
He needed a good kick
to the penis a few times just for his lack of thought! However, looking past
that, he absolutely owned my ovaries!
The secondary
characters were a wonderful addition and the chemistry between Dominic and
Laney was absolutely mouthwatering!
This book is a
fantastic addition to this series! And now....I sit and wait....not very
patiently for book 3!
