The war is approaching and the time to find enough allies for an army is running out. As is Nadine’s life.

Until betrayal drags them back to step zero.
Lost and angry, Nadine almost gives up. Almost. Her time on this Earth might be ending, but she has too much to do before she’s ready to die. Against all odds, Nadine will keep fighting to win the war until her very last breath.

Genre: New Adult Fantasy.
Warning: strong language, sex scene. This is the 3rd book in the Everlast trilogy. May contain spoilers of the previous books.

Review by: Atalia

Well like the saying goes, all good things must come to an end… ugh, WHY?!?! I wish the series was EVERLASTING because i don’t want it to end ever!!! I NEED more MICAH & NADINE in my life! I completely fell in love with the series since the release of book 1. Giving it a chance, was a decision I’m so glad I made. To miss out on meeting these characters and going on adventures with them, would have been such a loss.

This book like the previous ones in the series, brings you a mixture of romance, suspense, action, and twists & turns you won’t see coming. Talking about twists and turns, there is a pretty big surprise that had me second guessing myself, like I sorta saw it coming but at the same time it was too good to be true. Im so glad it happened! I can rest a bit easier now lol Though we see different storylines take place as things are coming ahead, such as the characters preparing for battle and finding new recruits, my favorite would have to be Micahs relentless pursuit of saving Nadine. We get to see a more of  the determination he showed in Cup of Life. No matter what gets thrown his way, he doesnt let anything or anyone get in the way of besting the Soul Oath.

I seriously, can’t get enough of Micah and Nadine. I know this series is about more than that but I also can’t help but see it as ‘their’ journey. The several obstacles they had to navigate through to find each other. The Everlast Series is one that I will definitely miss. I REALLY hope that someday we get to revisit these characters whether in a novella or book [which would be fabulous! ;-)] I’ll literally take anything I can get lol I just don’t want to let go :'(

If you’re looking for an addicting NA fantasy series, definitely check out the Everlast Series, you won’t regret it!

4.5 Stars
