This book was Ah-mazing on the love meter. Put together a boy next door actor and a funny property manager who gave up men and you have a funny, heart warming romantic story. Evan and Grace meet when Grace has to go fix Evan's leaky pipe (wink wink).
In all seriousness, this book was so well written. You will get pulled in from the first sentence and not want to put it down until you see "the end". And even then you'll wish you had a little more Evan in your life.
