STROKED by Meghan Quinn • REVIEW TOUR

We're celebrating the release of STROKED by Meghan Quinn!

STROKED by Meghan Quinn
Scheduled to release: July 20, 2016
NA Romantic Comedy

BLURB:
Reese King: Olympic medalist, underwear model, Greek god.

His body is chiseled from rock, sculpted by the weight room, and refined by water.

On a daily basis his skin is completely bare for everyone to see, tan and defined, only covered up by a minuscule piece of spandex. There is no denying his sex appeal.

I hate to admit it, but I’m head over heels infatuated with him.

There is one HUGE problem though. His achingly gorgeous abs, inked up arm, and cocky swagger belong to my boss, the high-profile, reality star bitch from hell and certified heinous human being, Bellini Chambers.

What I think is going to be an easy job assisting a glorified wench turns into a cluster f*ck of epic proportions.

I LOVE Paisley and Reese!!! They are the best book couple EVER!!! They should get an award!!! I loved them as individual characters and loved them even more when they were together! Paisley was just super fun and witty and had the confidence about her that I really enjoyed reading. Reese was this super hot, dirty talking alpha male but that this really sweet side. He was just EVERYTHING!

For the most part, I really enjoyed the storyline. I will get to what I didn't like in a little bit. With the story revolving around the Summer Olympics, it made for a really fun summer read. I really like the little forbidden romance between Paisley and Reese. It gave the book that little bit of danger and suspense.Paisley is sort of the assistant to Reese but they have such great chemistry, it was hard to deny their feelings. Bellini...OMG I could not stand that woman!!! She got me so frustrated and annoyed!!! Maybe she was just a little too over the top and maybe that was the point of her character but she drove me crazy! There was a point where I found her a little bit comical, but then she got annoying again.

Overall, it was a really great book! Paisley and Reese did it for me! They were a fun couple to read about. All the fun, playful flirting and banter was spot on. And when they got together it was HOT, HOT, HOT!!! I recommend reading this book just for Paisley and Reese, they do not disappoint!

Meghan Quinn gives us a book full of laugh out loud moments along with plenty of drama and angst too.
I've never read a rom-com before. I've got to say I'm really glad that Stroked was my first.
I fell in love with Paisley. She was the perfect combination of sweet, sassy and soft. Her loyalty to her best friend was amazing; even after he hurt her.
Reese- what can I say about him? Oh yes....Yum! He's your normal sex on legs hero until his eyes land on Paisley. Then everything gets all crazy and it was so much fun watching him try to figure it out. And I might have fist pumped when the sweet man finally got something he'd been working for most of his life.
I really wanted to smack the crap out of Bellini. Where did the author come.up with this woman? Holy Crap. Spoiled much?
Anyway, Stroked needs to be on everyone's TBR list because this book is so worth the read.

About the Author:

Born in New York and raised in Southern California, Meghan has grown into a sassy, peanut butter eating, blonde haired swearing, animal hoarding lady. She is known to bust out and dance if "It's Raining Men" starts beating through the air and heaven forbid you get a margarita in her, protect your legs because they may be humped.

Once she started commuting for an hour and twenty minutes every day to work for three years, she began to have conversations play in her head, real life, deep male voices and dainty lady coos kind of conversations. Perturbed and confused, she decided to either see a therapist about the hot and steamy voices running through her head or start writing them down. She decided to go with the cheaper option and started writing... enter her first novel, Caught Looking.

Now you can find the spicy, most definitely on the border of lunacy, kind of crazy lady residing in Colorado with the love of her life and her five, furry four legged children, hiking a trail or hiding behind shelves at grocery stores, wondering what kind of lube the nervous stranger will bring home to his wife. Oh and she loves a good boob squeeze!
