This was such a fun and oh so hot book to read!!! I loved the storyline of this second chance romance book. Aidan is hired to protect Cat from a stalker ex-boyfriend, but when hired Aidan doesn't know it's Cat he's protecting but Cat knows it's Aidan who is protecting her. Not only do you get the second chance romance but also a little bit of that office romance. Without giving to much away, they went to college together and were on this really fun running group together. And we get snippets of their past while in this running group, which were HILARIOUS!
I thought the story was pretty well written. The reader so from the present to the past but it's clearly outlined where you are. I loved the notes and texted messages that we got from the past. Those were super fun to read. While the book was super funny, there was a little level of suspense that kept you on the edge of your seat. That added a little extra dimension to the story. While we did get to know the characters pretty well, I felt like I wanted to know more about Aidan. There are still a few mysteries to him but overall, it was a fantastic book!!! I recommend reading this one!
