I can't say this enough, but this author and this series is just freaking awesome. I loved this book so much!
Landry just captured me from the first page of this book. Her parents are freaking horrible people. And even though she thinks she is messed up (who wouldn't be after a childhood like hers) I thought she was an amazing person. And her and Wade together just fit together.
After a quick courtship Wade and Landy got married, but not long after a misunderstanding happened and they got divorced. For the life of him he can't understand why she left and wanted a divorce. For Landry it was that Wade didn't put her first. After the childhood she had she wanted one person to put her above everything and everyone else, and she expected that from her husband.
After Wade was injured, Landry couldn't stay away and then another surprise hit them, the fact that they weren't actually divorced. Landry doesn't know how to deal with this and if she is ready to be married to Wade again. But when Wade finds out the real reason she left him, he will move heaven and earth to keep his wife by his side. Especially since there is a physco out there trying to harm her.
I loved this book, I loved the romance, the action, the drama, the heartache and the weird and physco parents. I loved that even though Wade and Landry were divorced they were never far from each other and they didn't like when other people got close to their husband/wife. Definitely another favourite of mine.
