OMG, this is how I felt the majority of this book:

When the first book ended I was annoyed because really how did it end like that. After a huge secret was revealed and everything imploded

This one started where the previous one ended. David's secret was revealed and as usual, Sutton freaked and she broke up with him. And then when she calmed down she realized she made a mistake and decided to hear him out and let him explain. And man what an explanation. Poor David, he won me over in the first book, but in this one, I fell in love with him. And then everything went back to normal. Sutton and David started over and decided to give their relationship a chance. But not long after that something else happened and yep you guessed it she flipped her ever loving mind and left him... AGAIN.
But I was proud of David this time he didn't back down and he told her he has done enough and there is nothing more than he can do to make her love him or choose them.
I enjoyed this book and the conclusion to their story, but seriously Sutton annoyed the crap out of me. I know she experienced something traumatic and she has her son to think of, but some parts I just felt like she was messing poor David around. Good story and I hope that Penn and Ren get a book, that would be awesome :-)
