This story was quite a departure from her dark romance, which I happily devoured. The storyline was sensational and had me from the start. I love friends to lovers stories. Sawyer and Ashton are very engaging characters. Their story is full of steam, of course. But it also has a fair bit of humor thrown in that had me laughing out loud a few times. I loved the "secret" aspect of the story. I am always on the edge of my seat waiting for the "AHA" moment. That is my favorite moment in these stories. That moment when both characters get their heads on straight and figure it out. Their moment was full of all the feels. Everyone will love this book.
