While there, Patrick meets Elaine, and blistering sparks fly, but she’s not looking for any guy. Or a long-distance relationship.

Patrick’s ready to do anything to keep her, but just when it seems he’s changed her mind, the skeletons from his past life start coming back.

One to Keep was a great read, It was funny, it had some really HOT steamy sex scenes and drama to keep me turning the page. I read One to Keep in a day as i was hooked and I just loved Patrick. I haven't read One to Hold so you can read One to Keep as a standalone, Derek and Melissa are mentioned in the book and maybe now i will go read book 1.

Ok where do I start without giving away any spoilers…..I loved that it was in Patrick's POV and the Author didn't jump into the relationship at chapter one. oh HOT Patrick has come away from a shitty relationship break up and is letting loose with both heads so to speak. LOL You get to read his dealings with Kenny and Star before he meets Elaine. I really liked Kenny and her relationship with Patrick was cute.

Patrick meets Elaine while away working and it's all over for him, she has him hook, line and sinker!! The relationship they develop is steamy and sexy but Elaine doesn't do long distance relationships, so how is this going to work?

The Author throws a spanner in the works and to be honest it pissed me off big time……Like really did you need to do that? I had a WTF this is so wrong moment and I seriously can't get over it. You will have to read it and make up your own mind. Rating this book is hard for me as it was 4.5 heart read up until that moment ^^ !!
