I have loved every book in this series so far & I was really surprised by this one. It didn’t go how I thought it was going to and I was so happy about that.
This is a story of a woman, Violet, that really deserves her happy ever after.. Her Prince Charming.. Call it what you will.
And boy does she get it in Anthony “Ace” Bailey!
He is patient, he is kind and he is sexy as sin. Never in her wildest dreams did Violet ever think someone like Ace would be interested in her.
This is a story about a woman who has been beaten down by life time and time again & slowly learns that she is a beautiful intelligent worthy human being that
deserves the best life has to offer.
Ace has spent years watching his best friends move on in life and achieve their dreams and the minute he meets Violet, she becomes his dream.
He is a perfect match for him because he knows just how to nurture her and encourage her to reach for the stars. It is a gamble for him. She could realize her

I loved Ace and Violet. It was just what I expected.
In order to read this book you have to have read the previous one in this series. This story revolves around Anthony 'Ace' Bailey. He was infatuated with Violet from the minute he walked into the Café months before and saw her. But Violet wasn't free, she was married. But from the look of her she was not happy and he could see she was sad and living in fear. And then he vowed to be the one to bring her happiness.
The day her husband attacked her at her job, was the day that Violet could start living her life. From there she started finding herself. Living for herself and finding what makes her happy. And she found out being with Ace is what made her happy. But can Violet give her heart to another man. Will she be safe and will she feel wanted by someone, and feel things she has never felt before.
Finally now that she is free to do whatever she wants?
This book just revolves around Ace and Violet. About how Ace gets her to finally start living again, and to finally trust that he will be the one to protect her and take care of her and love her.
I can't wait for Menace's book, it is going to be awesome...
