This
story had just the right balance of romance and humor. Tessa and Luke are
explosive together. Some of the scenes in this book would make a hooker blush.
The storyline was wonderful. I love a book where the man actually has to work
for the relationship. And Luke puts his all into trying to convince Tessa to
give him a chance. Tessa has been burned before and is not looking for it to
happen again. Luke really has his work cut out for him. I loved the characters.
They will hook you in very quickly. I laughed so hard at some of the scenes.
They both overcome obstacles and grow as individuals as well as a couple. I
will definitely be adding this author to my TBR list!

Oh. My. Goodness. This was such a fun story to read. The story felt REAL, like I actually knew these people and their real life situations.
Tessa is a self-made bakery owner. She's worked hard for what she has and is proud of it. Sure, she gets lonely sometimes, but it's nothing a cupcake can't fix. She also wasn't expecting to literally run in to a sexy stranger who leaves her speechless. He talks to her and she becomes a blubbering mess who couldn't string a sentence together if her life depended on it. It was just a chance encounter, but it's one that she can't forget.
Sweet Bliss was just that - it was funny, sweet, sexy, you name it. Tessa is so relatable because she has dealt with seemingly real situations that many can relate to, but that have also left her scared and hidden behind walls that she's not ready to lower. Up until running in to her sexy stranger, she had never even thought of giving someone the opportunity to penetrate those walls, but she's thinking he might be worth it to try. If only she could shut off her brain and listen to her heart.
I truly judged this book by its cover. I loved it based on that alone. But then I opened the pages and thought that the story couldn't have matched it more perfectly. It's a quick read that you will fall in love with. I was left with a smile on my face and still wanting more. Helena Rac is definitely an author to watch out for.
