Synopsis:
What if you found him, the one who was put on this earth for you? He was your perfect partner, your soul mate. Your life with him was more than you could have ever hoped for. The two of you created an amazing family full of so much love. I did. And it was everything. Then, one day, I woke up, and he was gone. They were all gone. I can’t accept it. I’m stuck in a reality that isn’t mine, aching for the life I lost, one that made up the very fabric of my soul. How do I find my future when my past won’t stop pulling me under? I’m drowning, struggling to breathe in this existence where nothing makes sense. It might be crazy, and I might be as well. But if you’d experienced the joy of a once-in-a-lifetime love, you’d be chasing memories, too.

Review by: Erin

This was one of the most emotional stories I have ever read. I love a book that makes you ugly cry and that is exactly what this story did to me. I used quite a few tissues mopping the tears up off my face. The storyline was unlike any I had ever read before. There were times that I was completely floored by what was going on. I can't even begin to imagine what Mia must have been going through. I developed a deep love for Aiden through the glimpses we get from Mia. His character is kind, loving, understanding, but also fun and HOT. You can't help but fall in love with Mia after reading her story. This couple has definitely left an imprint on my heart. I am a big fan of Ellie Wade and this book is the perfect example of why I flove her work so hard!

Excerpt

I haven't read a story quite like this one before. What I thought was going to happen didn't, what happened I never expected, and the end left so many unanswered questions for me that I kept yelling at the book hoping it wasn't really over.
Holy crap! My mind is still reeling from Chasing Memories. By the time I get to the end of a book I usually know what I want to say in a review, this one is different. To be honest, I finished a few days ago I just couldn't get my heart and head to come together to formulate a coherent thought, that's how much the book effected me.

Let me ask you this, Do you believe in fate? I wasn't so sure I did, but I may be rethinking that now.  "Sometimes, it’s difficult to abandon the dreams we want for ourselves, but when we do, we open the door for our fate to arrive."
