Tahlia was such a strong, independent, and self-assured woman. I loved that most about her. You don't see it enough in books anymore. She was fierce when she needed to be but also knew when she needed to take a step back.
Braden was her equal in all ways. His loyalty to his family was inspiring. He knows who he is and makes no apologizes for it.
This was a quick but exciting and fast paced read. I was eagerly turning pages to see what would happen next. I can't wait to see what the next book brings.
