This is the 2nd instalment of this series and it is just as amazing as book 1. This author certainly knows how to create a series that has you not wanting to put any of the books down & always leaves you wanting more!

Love is not supposed to be this hard but poor Whitney and Lincoln are constantly fighting an uphill losing battle. Their families are at constant war and within each family is an enemy to them both.

In their world no one trusts anyone and the hate is so real it is almost tangible to the reader.

There are some really sweet moments between these characters and of course the formidable commodore is always nearby to rescue the niece of his arch nemesis whenever things go sour between her and Lincoln! He brings new meaning to impeccable timing!

So far I have loved book 1, I loved book 2 and now I cannot wait to get my hands on book 3 to see how it all ends! Something tells me the final leg of their journey if going to be plagued with more upset and will be anything but smooth sailing!

Book 2 in Whitney & Lincoln’s story picks up right where it left off and I thoroughly loved every minute of it!!!! Whitney tries so hard to resist Lincoln and he fights and never gives up on her! He made that mistake 10 years ago and he knows he won’t let that happen eve again!!!! But life is full of ups and downs and they definitely get some curve balls thrown their way! But can their love even get going when all the cards are stacked against them????

This book does Cliff and I’m here just wanting book 3 to know what happens next!!!

I highly recommend this one and can twist to get my hands on book 3 :)
