It’s the start of nothing good. I fired off a storm of raunchy text messages…to the wrong number. And he replied. Him: Show me a picture. Him: Tell me your name. Why does the lure of anonymity have me craving to indulge a stranger? It’s the start of everything right. I received a slew of text messages…when everything in my life was wrong. And she made me laugh again. Her: You’re probably a creeper. Her: Possibly a stalker. Why do I have the overwhelming need to find this stranger who saved me and make her mine? Him: Take a chance with me. Her: This is crazy. Him: I need to see you. Her: What are we doing? Him: We’re about to find out. Her: PHOTO ATTACHED Him: PHOTO ATTACHED

This book was so much fun to read! I've never read a book by either of these authors, but after this I'll be going and finding more. These two authors wrote very well together. There was no place where I thought the writing was choppy or where the story didn't work. It was pretty much flawless!

Dani as she's known, is "too nice" as everyone around her puts it. Even the bartender they've known for a whole 5 seconds agrees with her best friend. After finding her boyfriend lip locked with his neighbor, she realizes that was 8 months of her life wasted. Did she call him names? Throw things? Burn his stuff? Nope. Just sat and stared and eventually turned around and left. After a few too many shots of tequila, and with the encouragement of her best friend and new bartender friend, she finds herself texting insult after insult full of expletives to her now ex. Until she finds out that it wasn't her ex she was texting, but yet a willing stranger.
Ram doesn't know who the number texting him is from, but he's enjoying the back and forth. Whoever her ex was must have deserved the lashing. Now, he's just trying to keep her talking.

I loved how the interaction went between Ram and Dani. They clicked on a whole other level, even just over textmessages and then phone calls. When they do actually meet, it's fireworks. And continues to be that way until drama inserts her way into their lives. This story was so great. Witty banter, a heroine trying to grow a backbone and learn to say NO while having fun, and some best friends that are there to make things a little more entertaining and awkward. I couldn't put this book down. And you can bet that I was wearing a smile the entire time. That's how much fun it was. If you need a good romantic comedy with a little drama to keep things interesting, Text 2 Lovers has it covered.

This story was incredibly funny and also heartfelt. I loved every minute of this book. Ram and Dani are definitely at the top of my favorite characters list. They made me laugh till I almost peed my pants. They also had me crying at times. Their story is so beautiful and fun. I was on the edge of my seat waiting to see what "text" would be sent next!
