Seriously could the Bennett brothers get any more swoon worthy? I don't think so!
This is Nicks story and it follows on from book 1, Hot Shot which was all about Shaw, Nicks brothers and Bizzy his best friend.
Both Shaw and Bizzy play a part in Nicks story and in doing so it allows you to see how deep the love this family has for each other runs. If all families shared this kind of love the world would be a better place.
Now Nicks story is about a once in a lifetime love.
He thought he had met his soulmate. Her name was Grace. But, after 1 date, she vanished. Never to be heard from again.. Now 2 years later, fate has stepped in and brought them back together.
What I really liked about this story is that although Grace and Nick are still young, when they meet up again they both have established lives and carears for themselves. They have both grown into mature adults who know what they want out of life and they are able to bring that self worth into their relationship.
Both of their families are loving and supportive and I just loved Graces grandpa. He is an over protective alpha but he is also an absolute darling!
Both the characters of Nick and Grace evolved throughout the story but they grew into their relationship as a couple rather than as individuals because they had already established themselves as independent adults sperate to each other prior to reuniting. There is a little bit of angst in this book but it's not due to cheating or any other outside influence on their relationship.
This is a true modern romance story about a love that will last through the ages. It is strong, pure romantic, realistic and timeless.
I absolutely adored Nick and Graces story and I am looking forward to hopefully reading about Mathis and Claire or Logan and Melanie! Not sure if either of these are on the cards but I would hands down love it if they were!
