Title: A Thousand Letters
Author: Staci Hart
Genre: Contemporary Romance
Release Date: February 9, 2017
Blurb
Sometimes your life is split by a single decision.
I’ve spent every day of the last seven years regretting mine: he left, and I didn’t follow. A thousand letters went unanswered, my words like petals in the wind, spinning away into nothing, taking me with them.
But now he’s back.
I barely recognize the man he’s become, but I can still see a glimmer of the boy who asked me to be his forever, the boy I walked away from when I was young and afraid.
Maybe if he’d come home under better circumstances, he could speak to me without anger in his voice. Maybe if I’d said yes all those years ago, he’d look at me without the weight of rejection in his eyes. Maybe if things were different, we would have had a chance.
One regretted decision sent him away. One painful journey bought him back to me. I only wish I could keep him.
*A contemporary romance inspired by Jane Austen’s Persuasion*

"She was my curse, the
wound that never healed, the truth-bringer." OH MY GOD the words that
flowed like poetry begging my ears to listen. The solum stream of feelings that
ebbed and flowed through the course of the story. The intricate woven history
holding back just a fraction, so that it could be released in perfect
time to heal. These characters have etched a place in my heart and their story
forever branded in my soul.
Second chance love is a
gift. It's a place not every couple is allowed to enter. It's almost a secret
that two souls need to discover independently before they can truly appreciate
its beauty. Elliot and Wade fought for their love once and it wasn't enough.
Given a second chance through grief, they must learn to accept the things they
cannot change, and strive to breathe life into what has smoldered in the
embers. "At the edge, of no more, is where we find, our truth".
The book was wicked
brilliant. I have never read a story more touching and truthful . I felt my
heart literally bleeding feeling after feeling the whole way through. From love
to loss and rediscovery, I felt wave after wave of emotion. Exquisite,
heartfelt and truly a beautiful read. Staci owns my reading pleasure!
"You pierce my soul. I am half agony, half hope...I have loved none but you"- J.A.

2nd chance romance, great, love them! Yeah, I wasn't prepared for this one. The emotions Staci Hart connected you to from the very beginning was brutal!
Wade and Elliott had such a heartbreaking ending, all I could do was HOPE they found their way back to each other. But with the anger and resentment Wade had for himself I knew it was going to be a difficult journey.
I mean how could you not want their love to find each other again. "I've loved you from the second I first saw you. I might have loved you before I'd ever met you. I think...I think I'd been waiting on you, and I think if I hadn't met you, I'd have just gone on waiting."
Now if you'll excuse me, I need to go call my dad....after I finish crying in the corner. You'll know what I mean after you read it.

Author Bio
Staci has been a lot of things up to this point in her life: a graphic designer, an entrepreneur, a seamstress, a clothing and handbag designer, a waitress. Can't forget that. She's also been a mom, with three little girls who are sure to grow up to break a number of hearts. She's been a wife, even though she's certainly not the cleanest, or the best cook. She's also super, duper fun at a party, especially if she's been drinking whiskey. Her favorite word starts with f and ends with k.
From roots in Houston, to a seven year stint in Southern California, Staci and her family ended up settling somewhere in between and equally north, in Denver. They are new enough that snow is still magical. When she's not writing, she's sleeping, cleaning, or designing graphics.
