I was completely blown away with this book! It was fun and flirty but also center around some more serious topics that brought a much deeper level to the book.

I was so wrapped up in this story, I couldn't put it down! The storyline was perfectly written. First meetings can make a lasting impression and first meeting between Jessica and Mikey was classic! It was a great way to meet a new roommate. But from that point the story just got better! There were moments that I laughed but there were also moments that dealt with some more serious issues. I loved that the author was able to incorporate the fun but also the serious. It made for a very well rounded book.

One of the best things about this book was the characters. Both Jessica and Mikey had demons from their past they had to deal with. Through out the book these demons made themselves present and how the characters handled them made me love the characters even more. I felt like I was able to relate to these characters on a personal level and that created a much deeper connection. These two characters challenged and pushed each other out of their comfort zones and I loved seeing that.

I am still struggling to come up with the words to express how much I adored this book. To call it amazing, phenomenal, and beautiful is an understatement because it was so much more than that. It had a fantastic storyline, it dealt with "real life" issues, and had relatable characters. This goes on the list as one of my favorite books! Leslie McAdam is a new author to me but I am now a fan for life! This is an absolute MUST READ!
