Wow Ms Michaels has blown it out of the park with this one. She has taken what could have been a run of the mill rock star romance and put her own unique spin on it taking it to a whole new level I really did not expect. I actually could not put this book down.

It made me laugh, it made me cry and it had me swooning all over the place!

Ellington is a man women all over the world want to have and most men hate. Heather is an amazing woman who quite literally carries the world on her shoulders. She has dealt with loss far more than anyone her age should have to and has no idea how to take comfort from someone else and lean on them for support. Between them they have a tonne of life experience to draw on but they also both have a lot of learning and loving to do.

This story has an almost effortless flow to it. I can almost imagine the author sitting there typing as the story popped in to her head and not being able to stop because the characters just kept on talking to her.

Both these characters grow and progress from the very beginning right through to the end. At no time did I feel frustrated or unaffected by them.

This is a book that you need to clear hours from your schedule for because once you sit down to start reading it you will not want to put it down. It is that good.

If you have never read any books by this author before, this is a pretty good place to start!

This book rocked my world and left me yearning for more! This storyline was incredible and kept me hooked from the start. I knew the book would be good, after all, this is one of my go-to authors. However, I was not fully prepared for the power of this story. The characters are phenomenal, very well developed and so easy to love. The twists and turns this story takes only served to keep me fully invested in the outcome. This is must read for fans of Corinne Michaels. If she is a new-to-you author, this book will put her on your go-to list.
