This series just keeps getting better. This is Cody's story and picks up shorty after the end of That Was Yesterday. There have been hints throughout book 1 and 2 that Cody is pining after the "one that got away". I knew that when he got his own story, it would be incredible, and I was not disappointed. Cody really is an amazing man. Always the one to step up to the plate when anyone is in need. When he I the one in need, he finds his help in the most unlikely of places. Bertie comes back into his life quite unexpectedly. And the stars align because for her, it is the jolt she needs to wake up and take stock. These two are the perfect example of love conquering all. Their love for each other takes all drama and obstacles head on and comes out on top. I loved every minute. If you have not read this series, you are missing out on 3 treasures.
