I fell in love with Jack Falcon in the first book of the series, Seduce (Beautiful Rose #0.5). Seduce is an emotional journey that I highly recommend you take. And one you must take before reading Beautiful Rose.

Jack Falcon is doing the best he can to move on with his life. Three years have passed since Belle's death and he is a new man. He lives in a new country, with new friends and has a new business. He even has a new girlfriend (though he doesn't care much for her, she fills the void and keeps him occupied). He has control over his life.
Rose is a complicated character that has a very troubled past. I really felt connected with her as I read this book. I felt her pain. She hasn't had a lot of love in her life and it has left her feeling unworthy of happiness. She is instantly attracted to Jack but doesn't trust herself to be with him.
The physical attraction between these two sizzles to the point where neither of them can ignore it. But first they both have demons to settle.
This story will have you rooting for both characters to get their acts together. I loved the dual POV. I particularly enjoyed discovering the secrets of Rose's past. I also enjoyed the secondary characters.
In the battles they both have to overcome they both seek help from Jack's brother Alex. Oh Alex!! Alex is perfect in this story and I felt sad for him, always having to help these two out and being caught in the middle while battling his own feelings. I think I love Alex even more than Jack! I am so glad to know that the next book in the series focuses on him. Can't wait!
Beautiful Rose is an emotional journey but let me warn you Missy really knows how to write the HOT and STEAMY sex scenes too! I am really looking forward to the next book! Mmm Alex!
