Rating: 5 out of 5 stars
Noah, Gio, Hector and Now Abel, Elizabeth Reyes has done it again. What an amazing story to read, you have a group of HOT SEXY BOXERS, HOT TEMPERS and lots of loving. I have to say ABEL is now my favourite book of the 5th Street series. It is the 4th book in the series I loved everything about the story honestly can’t fault a thing.
Abel was always the serious, dark mysterious Alpha male in the background in the 5th Street series, I pictured him to viewing life as black and white no room for grey that is until he meets Nellie. He tried to stay away from Nellie until she offered him no strings attached-no promises, no demands, and no hearts or flowers relationship. Perfect for Nellie as she has come off the worst divorce ever! Awesome for Abel as he is in full training for his biggest fight ever!
"It's true," he smiled, "not just in love, Nell, but hopeless, there's-no-helping-this-guy kind of in love with you."
When they finally realise the “No Strings Attach” agreement has gone out the window, Both Abel and Nellie fall hard for each other and neither one of them is confessing their feelings, and there is misunderstandings and unspoken love between them. Who will be the first to admit to the other they have feelings?
When they finally move forward in the relationship they are faced with different challenges. Noah, Roni and Abel’s mum all have different concerns and don’t want the couple together. Will they survive the outside world? Nellie is faced with making a choice to who she wants to be with? Will it Abel or Sam?

When did you come up with the story line for Abel & Nellie? We all know there is sexual tension between them earlier in the series.
I honestly had no idea who Abel would end up with until that moment Nellie got out of her SUV at Noah's place in Gio's story and his jaw fell open and then the wheels started turning. =)

Very serious, very private, and very intense.
If you could meet any of your fifth street characters, who would it be?

Gosh I'd love to meet all of them! But obviously it would be the guys. If the girls were present I don't think I'd get any attention. LOL So I'd say something like bowling with the guys. Throwing a few back and getting in their heads a little would be a blast!
Who was you muse for Abel?
Same muse I've used for all my stories except my muse has always been notoriously unpredictable! With Abel the only thing I was sure of going into his story was based on his personality in previous books he'd be the most private and intense of the 5th Street boys. And of course as intense as he was he was going to fall hard.

Do you have any connections with the boxing world?
None. My husband and his family live very near East Los Angeles and actually own a business there so they are big fans of local fighters. It's really where the whole concept of East Los Angeles aspiring Hispanic boxers came from.
Who are you writing about next in 5th Street?
Felix is up next in this series but his story is still a few books away. It'll also be a bit different than anything else I've ever written. ;)
What projects are you working on next?
I'm currently working on Breaking Brandon (Fate #2) In case you need a refresher, he is the sexy Marine who gave Eric a run for his money in Sweet Sofie.
