I always get so excited for a new Meghan March book because her writing is always spot on! I reallly enjoyed the direction this story was going. A big celebrity fall for the local bar worker and she has sass! And a lot of it! That's what made the story fun to read! She gave Boone a run for his money but of course, Boone wasn't taking no for an answer. 

While I felt there was a lot of potential for the story, the storyline fell a little flat to me. There wasn't a lot of drama or BIG moments that really makes your jaw drop. But overall, the story is well written, with good flow and I loved the characters. Boone was hot and screamed alpha and Ripley is a tough chick who can hold her own. I am looking forward to reading the next and hope it brings on all the drama!

Meghan March is a new author to me and I was really surprised at how much I enjoyed her book.

The main characters Ripley & Boone are feisty and they have a constant battle of the wills whenever they are in the same room!

Ripley has been dealt a bit of a crap hand and is left dealing with the consequences of other people’s bad decisions. But she is a fighter

and this shines through any time the story flicks to her POV.  

Boone is a country singing star. He is having a rough time but can’t fight the attraction he feels towards Ripley. He is quite funny

because every time he attempts to do a good deed it seems to blow up in his face and yet he comes back for more.

This story is well told and the plot is solid. The words flow well and there are no real gaps in the story. There is a little bit of drama

but nothing too over the top.  There is some angst involved but again it’s not too over the top and doesn’t leave you rolling your eyes.

Overall I enjoyed the first part of Ripley and Boones story and look forward to not only reading more about them but also more from this author.

Aurora Rose Reynolds writes the best alpha males! Sage is most definitely a Mason! He was dominate but not controlling, and protective, and knew how to say all the dirty things! 

I really enjoyed the story! It was fun but had a little drama and suspense thrown in there. But the story really revolved around Sage and Kim and their relationship. There are secrets that get exposed and the big thing was how they over come those. There were a few spots that I found the story to get choppy. The transition between paragraphs could have been smoother. But overall, it was a really great read! It was fun, hot, and entertaining! I recommend this book and all the books by Aurora Rose Reynolds.

"Oh we're a 'we' now?" I smile over at him, for some reason feeling very nervous about tonight. I'm not against being a 'we'. Hell I'm actually relieved to hear him say it, but now I feel all kinds of pressure with meeting his family.
