Book slumps are a real thing and I don't like them so this book could not have been released at a better time! I DEVOURED this book! This book is HOT! First, it plays with the taboo story line that we all know and love from this author. We have the older man and much younger woman but then we also get little tidbits of MM and threesomes and voyeurism. It was a great tease! I thought the story was well written and kept a good pace and flow. Yes, it a shorter story but it's also a complete story! Thank you K Webster for taking me out of my book slump!

WOW, WOW, WOW!!

This is a brilliant end to this series. There is a huge twist I never saw coming and the sexiness is outa this world..

Kiera really comes into her own in this final instalment. Lives are on the line and hearts are laid bare. There is nowhere to hide.

There is not a huge amount I can say without giving the whole ending away, but I can tell you to grab food, grab drinks and settle in for one hell of an rollercoaster ride. There is suspense, drama, angst and lust..

And of course, both Keira & Mount learn the biggest lesson of all.. When it comes to love, absolutely nothing is off the table when it comes t protecting what is yours.

Trust me when I say, You want to read this series!!

Alright, this is the third book to the series and by far my it was my favorite one to read!!! I loved all the drama and suspense that was in this book, it was what screamed Meghan March New Orleans book to me and I loved it! 

Like I said, I loved where this story went and where this story ending in this book. It was fun, entertaining, nail biting and full of suspense. It made me crave more and that was thing I was missing from the earlier books. But the author knocked it out of the park with this one! Like always, the writing was fantastic and again I loved where the story finished. It made for a great conclusion to the trilogy and I hope the author continues to write these suspense stories because they are fantastic! I am looking forward to what she gives us next.

This is a beautiful sexy romance all about fresh starts and finding your true love.

I loved the 1^st two books in this series, and this book was the perfect ending to the series. In fact even though all 3 siblings have had their stories told I would still love to see more of these guys!!

Clayton thought his life story was complete. He accepted his fate of remaining a single man running his ranch. He really believes it is no life for a wife and so he had no intention of ever bring one along for the ride. He was content with that, or so he thought.

Caroline really drew the short straw in life. She has sort of lead an out of the frying pan and into the fire kind of life.

Never in a million years dis these two ever dream they would meet their soul mate within each other or that their lives would turn out very different from how they thought it was going to.

Their journey is not an easy one and they face an unknown threat to not only their happiness, but also their lives.

This is a small town story where everyone knows everyone’s  business and the story is complete with the antics of Quinn & Leighton.

If you haven’t read the 1^st two books in this series, you can read this as a standalone, however, I would recommend that you do so you fully understand where Clayton is coming from at this stage in his life.

I loved this book & highly recommend you get your one click finger out and grab yourself a copy!!

I've wanted the eldest Davis brother's story ever since I read Lost Rider. I knew he had one heck of a story to be told. Boy was I right. Clayton is broody and quiet, accepting his fate and working his life away. He knew love once, but the experience left him closed off from the possibility of more again. Sure, he has relationships that usually last a night when he needs it, but never more. Until Caroline sits on the barstool next to him. One night with her just wasn't enough. He's determined to prove to her that one night wasn't enough. In every good story, there is some drama. It can't all be smooth sailing. But those experiences just proved how strong these two are together. It isn't all about Clay and Caroline. We get of our other loved Davis siblings. Just enough to wet our palette. I couldn't have asked for more from Harper Sloan. This series has been perfect!

  I push my hands from his shoulders and palm his jaw as his stubble prickles against my fingers while my hands wander up to his hair. His hat falls to the ground with a thud and I know he’s just as lost in me as I am in him, because he doesn’t even make a move to pick it up. He lets out a deep grunt when I mold myself against his body, seeking some sort of friction. The next thing I know, my back is against the door and he’s gripping my bottom. His mouth hits my jaw with a bite of his teeth, making a squeak of pleasure shoot up my throat, and his deep rumble of laughter reaches my ears as he presses me harder into the door with his hips. The heavy bulge of his erection against that spot makes me so desperate for him that I whimper in relief when his mouth finally closes over mine in a wet tangle of tongues. I’ve never been kissed so thoroughly. This is the kind of kiss that sets the bar for any that might follow. The kind that shows you everything you’ve been missing and everything you never knew you wanted. I’m going to be comparing every kiss I ever have to my dark cowboy’s, even though I know there’s a good chance no one will ever compare. The sounds coming from my mouth, the ones being swallowed by his, are nothing short of needy. I absolutely loved this friends to lovers story! Granted its a novella but when I finished I felt completely satisfied as if I read a full length novel. It was crazy! It was funny, crazy chemistry and I loved how the story played out. This was the first story that I read in the anthology, it made for a great one to start with because it got me excited for the rest!
